Founded, powered and led by women, HA.P.I (HAblar Para Integrar, “Speak to Integrate”) is a first-of-its-kind educational organization.
Our mission is to empower immigrant Latino adults via our ultra-rapid teaching methods to reach their personal and professional goals for themselves and their families, hence directly contributing to the diversity and economic growth of Arizona.

In 2012, after a successful
professional life, the founder, Anne de France, set out to give back to Arizona. Joining forces with Galaxie Andrews, they identified an obvious problem: The isolation of the Latino community from the American community due to the language barrier.
That is when they sat down and designed HA.P.I (HAblar Para Integrar = Speak to Integrate).
